Linda Belding A.M.P. Mortgage Consultant	For 20 years I worked in the mortgage industry with Canada’s largest Bank, including 5 years as their Mortgage Specialist. I joined the “INVIS TEAM” on April 1, 2003 as a senior mortgage broker. With Invis I feel like I have been set free to truly work with my client's best interests as my only priority. Lona Williams A.M.P. Mortgage Consultant	I entered the financial field 7 years ago. As my career evolved, I found that my interest was leading me to the lending division of the bank. I studied for the Mortgage Broker’s Course and was successful in obtaining my license. In the Fall of 2005, I joined Linda Belding’s Mortgage Team to pursue my career. My passion is in offering advice and guidance to clients who are in need of a mortgage. Since joining the Team, I have been able to establish wonderful relationships with my clients and while putting my skills and knowledge to work I have enjoyed new successes. I appreciate the opportunity available to me to assist people to achieve their mortgage dreams.
Sandy Goodwin Executive Administrative Assistant	I was with Canada’s largest Bank for 21 years before joining Linda’s Team with Invis. My previous experience is in administration, which serves me well in my present position of Administrative Assistant. I assist the Team with the flow of paperwork and answering phones and am able to field client inquiries which allows Linda & Lona to do what they do best, secure the best mortgage for you.
Pam Bowe Administrative Assistant	Prior to coming to work for Linda Belding’s Mortgage Team, I worked for Shoppers Drug Mart for 18 years, the last 10 of those years was as Manager of the Post Office Division. My personal time is taken up with my 4 ½ year old twins, who will be starting Kindergarten in the Fall. Since joining the team in September 2006, I have been learning about the mortgage industry, doing administration work and studying for my Broker’s license. Once I have achieved that goal, I will be acting as a licensed assistant to both Lona and Linda.
Bruce Belding Office Manager	Bruce has been part of our Invis team since we opened our doors in April of 2003. He keeps us all on track as far as the mechanics of running the office. His "other duties as assigned" are varied but he always goes out of his way to make sure the team is well cared for throughout the day. Bruce also keeps us up to date on all the latest hockey skuttlebut and WHL stats as well as manning the phones during busy times. Bruce has been in the mortgage industry for eight years and we are thrilled to have him as part of our East Kootenay "INVIS" team.
