Linda Belding 's Mortgage Team

We opened the doors of the INVIS office here in Cranbrook on April 1, 2003. Since that time we have grown from one mortgage broker and one part time assistant to three Mortgage Brokers - all with their AMP (accredited mortgage professional) designation and two full time administrative posiitons.

It is truly a privilege to serve the wonderful people of the East Kootenays give them all the options for their mortgage requirements. Our clients are always our number one priority. Lona Williams A.M.P. Mortgage Consultant	In the fall of 2005 I joined Linda's Team to persue my career as a Mortgage Broker. My passion is in offering advice and guidance to clients who are in need of a mortgage. Since joining the Team, I have been able to establish wonderful relationships with my clients and at the same time I am able to put my skills and knowledge to work to enjoy new successes. I appreciate the opportunity to assist clients achieve their mortgage dreams.
Pamela Bowe A.M.P. Mortgage Consultant	Prior to coming to work for Linda's Team in the fall of 2006 I worked for Shoppers Drug Mart for 18 years, the last 10 of those years was as the Manager of the Post Office Division. Since joining the Team I have been successful in obtaining not only my Mortgage Broker's license but I have also acheived the status of an Accredited Mortgage Professional. I just love coming to work everyday and helping people.
Sandy Goodwin Executive Administrative Assistant	I was with Canada’s largest Bank for 21 years before joining Linda’s Team with Invis. My previous experience is in administration, which serves me well in my present position of Administrative Assistant. I assist the Team with the flow of paperwork and answering phones and am able to field client inquiries which allows Linda, Lona, and Pamela to do what they do best, secure the best mortgage for you.
Marg Lund Administrative Assistant	For 13 years I worked for Canada’s Largest Bank as Administrative Assistant providing my support to the Personal, Business and Mortgage Lenders. I was very fortunate to work with Linda during this time. My family moved to Toronto, Ontario for a short period. Upon my return to Cranbrook I thought I would try something different, so I provided my administrative support to a local lawyer and from there I joined forces with a local Court Reporter. Always ready for a new adventure, I accepted a position with the City of Cranbrook. Over the past 15 years I have provided my administrative and accounting assistance to the Finance Department, the Engineering Department and the Public Works Department. Having great respect for Linda I am thrilled and consider it an honour to have joined Linda Belding's Mortgage Team in early 2008 as an Administrative Assistant. Customer Service is of the utmost importance to me and I look forward to serving you.
Krista Munro Mortgage Assistant	As a busy mom with four young boys I was thrilled to be offered a position with Linda's Team in 2007. In 2008 I completed my Mortgage Broker's course and I now work as a licensed assistant. I love working with the Team and I am honoured to be involved with our wonderful clients.
Bruce Belding Office Manager	Bruce has been part of our Invis team since we opened our doors in April of 2003. He keeps us all on track as far as the mechanics of running the office. His "other duties as assigned" are varied but he always goes out of his way to make sure the team is well cared for throughout the day. Bruce also keeps us up to date on all the latest hockey skuttlebut and WHL stats as well as manning the phones during busy times. Bruce has been in the mortgage industry since 1997 and we are thrilled to have him as part of our East Kootenay "INVIS" team.
